At our distillery we use a Maceration technique , to produce Åland distillery Rosè gin. We mix our basic raw gin with luscious flavors, such as strawberry, hibiscus, and dried rose petals. This gives the gin a slightly perfumed, bitter, and fruity taste, perfect for mixing into cocktails or for those who really appreciate bold flavors. The color of the gin can shift a bit, as we strive to keep it as natural as possible without any added additives.
 
Perfect Serve: We highly recommend trying Rosè gin with pink tonic and some fresh lemon juice! This combination will open up the lovely natural tastes of the gin.

The rye-based Kyrö Gin (formerly known as Napue gin) boasts locally foraged fresh botanicals, including sea buckthorn, cranberries and birch leaves. The distinct fragrance and flavour of an early morning, misty Finnish meadow is instantly recognisable.
 
Kyrö gin was voted as “The World’s Best Gin for Gin &amp; Tonic” by the International Wine &amp; Spirit Competition (IWSC) in 2015 and in 2016 Kyrö Gin won the gold medal in the San Francisco World Spirit Competition premium gin-series.

Barrel aged Kyrö Dark Gin is the perfect union of rye, locally sourced botanicals and American white oak cask maturation. This unusual dark gin also has a lot of whisky drinking fans. Kyrö Dark Gin is aged in small American oak barrels for approximately three months and fine-tuned with freshly distilled orange peel and black pepper that complement the vanilla from the barrel and the heat from the rye.&nbsp;
 
Kyrö Dark gin, formerly known as Koskue, has won numerous international awards; Silver in 2019 and Outstanding Silver in 2017 in IWSC and Gold Medal from 2017 San Francisco World Spirit Competition.

Kyrö Pink Gin is a traditionally made small batch gin. It’s infused with foraged lingonberries, strawberries &amp; rhubarb – the best of Finnish forests and gardens. A pink gin made to be equally enjoyed by everyone. Pink Gin gets the pink colour from natural ingredients like strawberry and rhubarb, and with time the colour might fade. This does not affect the taste or quality of Kyrö Pink Gin. Try Kyrö Pink Gin with soda or tonic and lots of ice.
 
In the taste you find: Sweetish, soft, smooth, berry notes, juniper berry.
Drink Pink with Fever-Tree tonic, slice of pink grapefruit and plenty of ice.

Wie der Kyrö Napue besitzt auch Koskue Gin eine Basis aus Roggen, die etwas charakterstärker als das sonst übliche Weizendestillat ausfällt. In sogenannten Small Barrels, gelagert in kleinen Fässern, wird Koskue Gin für einige Zeit einer Holzfasslagerung unterzogen, deren Aromen sich gemeinsam mit den Botanicals zu einem ganz und gar außerordentlichen Geschmacksbild verbinden. Birke und Mädesüß, Cranberries und die Schalen von Orangen werden frisch destilliert und nochmalig einem Brennvorgang mit dem Roggen Destillat unterzogen.

Koskue Barrel Aged Gin ist ein gelungenes Exemplar der Kyrö Destillerie, das mit beeindruckenden Eichen- und Orangennoten aufwartet, die durch Mädesüß einen süß-blumigen Hauch von Sommer im Duft transportieren aber auch typische Holzfassnoten wie Honig und Eiche mit einer pfeffrigen Würze und einem erfrischenden, süßen Orangengeschmack. Kyrö Koskue Barrel Aged Gin

Helsinki Sailor’s Gin’s strong taste comes from hand-picked, carefully selected spices and Finnish lingonberries. Helsinki Sailor’s Gin has a potent bouquet of juniper and citrus and is thus excellent for cocktails.

Helsinki Sailor’s Gin uses the same botanicals as the award-winning Helsinki Dry Gin, but the ratio has been amended to better suit the higher alcohol content. In addition to Finnish lingonberries, aromatic juniper berries from the Balkan and Mediterranean lemon and Seville orange peel give the gin its distinctive taste. Other spices include fennel, coriander, iris, root of angelica and a hint of rose petals.

Although Helsinki Sailor’s Gin is especially well suited for cocktails and other concoctions, it is also great on its own. The most classic of the navy strength gin cocktails is probably Pink Gin, in which Helsinki Sailor’s gin fits like a mainsail on a boom. It also makes a wonderful Gin & Tonic

The blue label highlights the connection with sea and sailors. The model for the rudder on the label comes from Suomen Joutsen, perhaps the most famous ship in Finnish naval history.

Helsinki Barrel Aged Gin is an artisanal, premium gin aged few months in American Oak casks. Like its sibling, the Helsinki Dry Gin, it is distilled with eight choicest hand-picked botanicals including the Arctic lingonberry. After maturation in wood, the gin is blended with the purest Finnish water. Helsinki Barrel Aged Gin is full-tasting and balanced, with aromas of the Nordic forest and smooth cask finish.

The smooth taste and golden color of Helsinki Barrel Aged Gin is a result of resting the gin in wood. The botanicals used are Finnish lingonberries, rich Balkan juniper and Seville orange and lemon peels together with fennel and coriander seeds, Orris and Angelica roots.

Helsinki Barrel Aged Gin is excellent to be sipped as a stand alone or with an espresso like grappa. It is wonderful in a Gin & Tonic and works perfectly as a basis for any gin cocktails. Some say it is a whiskey lover’s gin!
