Beim Sir Chill Gin handelt es sich um einen New Western Dry Gin, der zunächst weich auf der Zunge zergeht, um dann eine Komposition intensiver Aromen zu entfalten. 6 Botanicals stellen die Hauptbestandteile des Gins dar: Wacholder, Koriander, Mandarine aus Brasilien, gemahlene Mandeln aus Afrika, Bourbon Vanille aus Indien und, zum krönenden Abschluss, das aromatische Extrakt der Tabakpflanze. Erst machen sich die süßlichen Aromen aus Vanille, Mandarine und Mandel auf der Zunge bemerkbar, dann haben die herberen Botanicals, Wacholder und Koriander, ihren großen Auftritt und zu guter Letzt breitet sich der subtile Geschmack der Tabakpflanze aus.

"The S72 ‘Legend’ Gin has been an established value in the world of gin since 2017. Six years later, the delicacy that sprang from the brain of ten-time world motocross champion Stefan Everts gets a completely new look: a bottle in the shape of the number 1.

The flavor – violet – has long been in the taste. But the eye also wants something. Stefan Everts had been toying with the idea of a new, striking bottle for some time. The ball really started rolling when he sat down with designer Troy Lee. The ten-time world champion, who had already worked with the designer in his career as a motocross racer, asked the American to design a new bottle.
