IRON BALLS Gin is a bold modern spirit, meticulously made in southeast Asia using a secret recipe of Asian inspired ingredients, including fresh pineapples, coconuts and citrus fruits, with hints of juniper, coriander seeds, ginger and lemongrass.

Engineered craft, using Hand cut fresh fruit

IRON BALLs influential tropical flavour is achieved through a unique use of hand cut fresh fruit and plants, all painstakingly prepared daily by hand at the distillery. To ensure this hard work does not go to waste, these fresh botanicals are rested at air temperature for several days in the distinctive base spirit before distillation begins. With an additional flavour absorption taking place via vapour infusion inside the top of the still. 
Distillation is continuously monitored and completed through a slow heating process, in small batches, to ensure the character and quality of the final spirit. Every single bottle is checked, labelled and roped by hand, before being shipped across the globe. 

Tasting Notes:
A powerful palate of tropical fruit is emphasized with mouth-watering citrus notes, warming coriander, lemongrass and ginger. The finish is long and complimented by final notes of juniper.
