Mountain Tonic stands for "naturally light" tonic with alpine herbs in "craft" quality with extracts from gentian, thyme & juniper. With this recipe we were able to create a unique taste that combines sweet and tart notes of herbal extracts and, with juniper and natural quinine, comes surprisingly close to the typical gin & tonic taste. Mountain Tonic can be understood as the perfect mocktail. Inspired by the hikers' canteens in the 1920s, we opted for lightweight, unbreakable, recyclable aluminum field drinking bottles (400ml).
