We use extracts from the most aromatic, the gourmet sage, also called Dalmatian sage. We mix these extracts in our lemonade, consisting of carbonated water, sugar beet juice and fresh lemon, and it is ready, the M.A.T. Craft Lemonade Sage.  Perfect Serve: London Dry Gin e.g. Josef Alpine Botanicals.
