Der distilled Gin is made at Herman Jansen Distillery in Schiedam, the city where Gin originated. The traditional Dutch spices & botanicals are distilled separately in a pot still. The distillated are then blended and brought to 42,5% alcohol by volume; a percentage chosen by our master distiller for the perfect balance or aroma and mouthfeel. A unique gin, blending the tradition of Schiedam genever with the best botanicals and spices.

Botanicals: Juniper berries, blood orange, lemon peel, dried laurel (bay leaf), cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, coriander.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Pale, light yellow color.
Taste: Nuanced, spicy, slightly malty flavor with notes of juniper, anise, bitter orange, cloves, cinnamon and cumin.
Nose: Complex, spicy, light malty aroma’s with a hint of juniper, anise, citrus peel, cloves, cinnamon and orange flowers.

Botanicals: Barley malt, corn, rye, juniper and other herbs and spices like Lemon peel, Coriander seeds, Star-anise, Licorise and Orange Peel.

Der Black Tomato Gin kommt aus einem kleinen Fischerdorf namens Bruinisse. Der Gin wird aus schwarzen Tomaten hergestellt und ist zu 100% vegetarisch. Das Wasser, das für die Herstellung verwendet wird, stammt aus dem größten Nationalpark in Hollands Oosterschelde. Die verwendeten Tomaten stammen aus Italien bzw. Sizilien. Sie werden von Hand gepflückt und zerdrückt bevor sie mazeriert werden. Beim Black Tomato wird der Wacholder bewusst in den Hintergrund gedrängt und die Tomate hervorzuheben.

It has a very bright taste of soft nutty and baked bread aromas with a juniper core and a touch of bergamot and floral over the top. Dried spice and orange peel on the finish. Persistent freshness on the tongue. 

Each bottle of Sh*t Gin contains more than 1 kg of good old bread of high quality from overproduction.

Based on the very same recipe as the Authentic Gin 1689, in historic times they would mix this spirit with bruised strawberries and raspberries, hence, creating the worlds first pink gin or cocktail.
Reduced in alcoholic strength to 38.5%, this first Dutch Pink Gin has a red fruity nose and blends well with the spiciness of the original gin.&nbsp;

GESCHMACKSBESCHREIBUNG
Der Duft ist kräftig, würzig und fruchtig, mit Akzenten von Wacholder und Angelikawurzel (Engelwurz). Herrliche Aromen mit einer fruchtigen Note von Bergamotte. Breit und vollmundig im Geschmack, mit einem Anflug von Zimt, endend in einem frischen Abgang, in dem der Zitrusgeschmack vorherrscht.

Based on the original and centuries old Dutch dry gin recipe, HANAMI gin is infused with the true essence of distinctive cherry blossom and herbs. These botanicals are brought together in our own closely guarded recipe but rest assured all are carefully selected and tested for utmost purity and quality.

Fresh nose with a light creaminess, then pine and pepper.
Gentle green floral aromas. Soft. A bit hot on the palate with a thick texture. spiky green characters and zesty citrus finish.

Hanami Dry Gin

Dutch Courage dry gin is distilled from Nine botanicals: juniper berries and iris root from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica, sweet oranges and fresh whole lemons from Spain, liquorice root from India, cardamom and whole vanilla beans from Madagascar.

The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with separate distillation of each botanical so producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations.

Tasting notes:
The nose is clean with fresh citrus and earthy juniper notes and a beguiling hint of spice and vanilla. The balance of Zuidam Dry Gin makes it perfect for a refreshing Gin and Tonic or a perfect Dry Martini.
