I create something out of nothing. And yet, I couldn’t get the fire under control. I burned the roof from over my head and had been the laughingstock of the town ever since. Until one day I got over my fear. I worked for hours and never stopped, not to eat, nor to drink. I felt that I was creating something. Something powerful yet beautiful and dangerous. D. put the honour back in my trade.

The Blacksmith is a Barrel Aged Gin matured in French oak barrels. The medium roasted barrels give this Gin a slightly smoky touch.

This drink is distilled in a classic copper pot to ensure optimal authenticity and flavor. This Gin owes its golden appearance and round, refined taste to a maturing process of six months.

The flavor – violet – has long been in the taste. But the eye also wants something. Stefan Everts had been toying with the idea of a new, striking bottle for some time. The ball really started rolling when he sat down with designer Troy Lee. The ten-time world champion, who had already worked with the designer in his career as a motocross racer, asked the American to design a new bottle.
