Aviation Gin is described as an "American Dry Gin", which means that the flavour profile is less strongly associated with juniper flavours. Seven botanicals are used in the production process: Juniper, lavender, sweet and bitter orange peel, cardamom, coriander, Indian sarsaparilla and aniseed. The gin is distilled twice. The gin was named after a classic cocktail called Aviation. In 2018, actor Ryan Reynolds acquired a stake in the brand.
