Uncle Val’s is a botanical gin in small batches inspired by Zio Valerios (zio means “uncle” in Italian) love of the garden and Tuscan cuisine. The botanicals were chosen because they were not only Uncle Val's favorite ingredients in the kitchen, but also make a truly unique and delicious gin.

Flavors:

Nose: On the nose you will notice crisp, light aromas of sage and juniper.

Mouth: crisp and cool feeling that is steadily softening.

Sip: You will taste a light lemon, which then gives way to a warm, tangy lavender finish. In the further course you will experience the cooling effect of the cucumber. Each sip amplifies the botanical flavors, along with a continuous presence of pine juniper.
