Beara Ocean Gin
+ GEMELLii Indian Tonic + Cinnamon Stick

Numerous extraordinary botanicals grow on the wild Atlantic coast of the Beara Peninsula in south-west Ireland. These were the starting point for the idea for the Beara Ocean Gin. The botanicals that we use in the production of our gin come from the Atlantic. These include salt water and sugar kelp that balance on distinctive citrus flavors. Cardamom, angelica and iris root provide additional flavor notes. The result is a unique mixture of local marine flora and traditional gin botanicals - and thus an extremely pleasant and easily digestible gin. Nose: slightly zesty with a whiff of lime, pronounced notes of coriander and a bit of pepper, there is a kind of seabreaze in the distance Palate: surprisingly fresh, a bit musky-spicy, warm cardamom a bit flowery like lavender Translated by Google
