Botanical Gin is a smooth and flavoursome Gin, siting at 45% with the infusion of Kumquat along with Tasmanian pepper-berry, lavender, vanilla beans and other select botanicals, all distilled with the distillery's own base spirit. All Blackmans Bay Distillery gins will change slightly with each batch and the dominant botanical will be handwritten on the back of the bottle. Blackmans Bay Distillery locally source organic produce and cut the gin with pure mountain water, with all flavours arising from the distillation process, not the addition of sugar.
