Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is the baby of Four Pillars, the firstborn so to speak. It's the concept that brought Four Pillars on this journey ... a really modern Australian gin.

The aim was to create a gin that represented the idea of a contemporary Australia: classic, accessible, perfectly seasoned and spiced up with great citrus fruits. Above all, dangerously tasty and made to enjoy the best gin drinks in the world, always with a perfect G&T.

The starting point was the clean, bright waters of the Yarra Valley, some of the best in the world. Then nine signature botanicals plus whole oranges were selected to give a highly aromatic character, a Mediterranean warmth to support the more flavorful botanicals like cardamom.

Each of these elements (and a lot of love) were distilled together in a magnificent Wilma copper kettle made in Germany until we had a wonderfully clean spirit full of taste.

Botanicals come from around the world to capture the essence of contemporary Australian heritage in Europe and Asia.
