Martin Miller's Westbourne Dry Gin
+ Thomas Henry Tonic Water + Lemon

Distilled in England, Martin Miller’s Westbourne is handcrafted in small batches. Like all Martin Miller’s gins, only the ‘classic’ palette of botanicals are used. These include juniper, along with angelica, orris root, nutmeg and cassia. It is the peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg along with a higher strength which gives Westbourne Strength its spicier taste.

Tasting Notes:

Westbourne is bright and soft, and has attractive, complex aromas of pepper and cassia.

Nose: Intense citrus peel, integrated with juniper and a very gentle balance with alcohol.

Palate: A subtle sweetness of liquorice enhances the presence of citrus notes.

Finish: long-lasting feeling of freshness.
