All eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree shared a taste for discovery, and Johnny Neill is no different. So it’s no surprise that, when travelling with his wife through her native South Africa, Johnny Neill was inspired by the cool flavour of succulent aloe that he found growing in several areas during his explorations, pairing it with cucumber for a fragrant well-balanced gin.
