Brazilian gin made in the first gin distillery in Brazil. Intense and over proof tribute to the London dry gin tradition with 8 botanicals mixed and balanced between new and old world and five more juniper than Amázzoni. 

Awarded at San Francisco World spirit competition 2019 with double gold medal Gin and at World gin Awards in London 2020 as Best Brazilian London dry.

Amázzoni Maniuara Gin

Die Produktion dieses Gins erfolgt in Brasilien. Destilliert wird er in einem kleinen Kupfer Pot Still, mit einer Begrenzung jeder Charge auf unter 500 Liter. Es kommen zwei verschiedene Destillationsmethoden zum Einsatz: Mazeration und Dampfinfusion.
Mazeration: 15 Botanicals werden mit 60 %-igem Alkohol gemischt und für 24 Stunden eingelegt, sodass der Alkohol die Aromastoffe und ätherischen Öle extrahieren kann.
Dampfinfusion: Konzentrierte Dämpfe passieren einen Kupferkorb mit den verbleibenden 6 Botanicals („Signature“-Botanicals). Ätherische Öle aus diesen Botanicals verbinden sich mit dem mazerierten Alkohol und ergeben so diesen einzigartigen Gin.

6 Signature-Botanicals: Basilikumblätter, Rosmarin, Fenchelsamen, Calamondinorangen, Sternanis, Açai
15 Premium-Botanicals: Wacholderbeeren, Koriandersaat, Zitronengras, Veilchenwurzeln, Guaven, Angelikawurzeln, Orangenschalen, Jasmin, Zitronenschalen, Gurke, Rosenblätter, Pomeloschalen, Ingwer, Zimt, Muskatnuss 

Bouquet: Zitrische, kräutrige und florale Anklänge, geröstete Gewürze, später entwickeln sich weitere Noten, die an Sauerampfer erinnern.
Gaumen: Weich, der Duft findet sich 1:1 am Gaumen wieder, sehr dezente Wacholdertöne und wunderbare Zuckerrohrsüße.

Its recipe counts on 11 botanicals carefully selected which, together, provides a fruity, floral and citrus initial touches with a surprisingly dry and slightly spicy finish.

With a concentration of botanicals, aromas e flavors 6 (six) times of a traditional Gin, its recommended dosage of 10ml, yes that’s true, only 10ml, it gives you the opportunity to create your favorite cocktail with a 80% reduction in alcohol content and in calories; and the most important, without losing one single drop of aroma and flavor from our traditional BEG Brazilian Boutique Dry Gin.

Perfect Serve: 1 shot (10ml) BEG Concentrated Gin , 4 shots (200ml) tonic water , 1 twist of lemon peel, 1 sprig of rosemary.

BEG Brazilian Concentrated Gin

With a 40% abv, Modern & Tropical has sensory floral notes that please the contemporaneous taste, in addition to revealing a surprise by turning its color from blue into pink thanks to the infusion of Blue Pea Flower in the recipe. It takes 12 botanicals carefully selected: Blue Pea Flower, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Roots, Pitanga Tree Leaves, Brazilian Elder-flower, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Lemon Grass, Tahiti Lime, Brazilian Tangerine and Sweet Orange.

Perfect Serve: Tom Collins - 1 shot Modern & Tropical, 1½ shot fresh lemon juice, ½ shot sugar syrup, Fill with Soda Water, 1 slice of Grapefruit.

BEG Modern & Tropical Infused Gin

New World Navy was developed with the intention to innovate, bringing a different style of gin to Brazil. With a 54% abv, the maximum allowed by Brazilian legislation, this gin carries more than double of juniper than BEG Brazilian Boutique Dry Gin, being partially vapor infused and partially macerated for 24 hours as in our original recipe.

Perfect Serve: Fitzgerald - 1½ shot New World Navy, 1 shot fresh lemon juice, ½ shot sugar syrup, 2 dashes of Orange Bitter.

Daily stress in cities, chaotic traffic, pressure for results at work. Situations like these illustrate life in big cities, like São Paulo. What for many is a real prison, for us it served as an idea for the creation of the brand.

The drink emerged as a joke, through homemade production, which in a short time, won over its connoisseurs. Initially, what would be just a handcraft gin among colleagues and friends, grew and became a conceptual gin, directly from the Brazilian stone jungle.

The metropolis can be considered by many as a real prison, where daily life is reduced to work. However, for us the biggest prison of all is our own mind, responsible for creating our fears.

Juniper, coriander, Brazil nut, angelica root, allspice, cardamom, vanilla, fennel, orange and lemon are the 10 botanical gin ingredients, made with potable ethyl alcohol.
