Angelica Gin Is a distilled according to the tradition of the London methode, resulting in a crisp clean palate. However the selection of botanics is unique, since Angelica takes you into new territory by exploring the wonders of Nordic botanicals. Behind the Juniper forwardness is Angelica seeds, blueberries, crowberries, rhubarb, caraway and arctic thyme. Angelica Gin is distilled and bottled entirely on-site by 64°Reykjavik Distillery.

Tasting Notes
A delicate whisp of arctic thyme, blended with juniper, angelica, and caraway. There are underlying hints of fruity rhubarb and blueberries.

Smooth and well-balanced, complex, yet not overwhelming. Finishes with slightly sweet floral notes.

Nach einem Jahr der Ausarbeitung haben Sie nun diesen einzigartigen Gin auf den Markt gebracht, welcher, laut deren Aussagen, alle drei Ziele erfüllt.

Für den perfekten Gin und das harmonische Zusammenspiel mit dem einzigartigen isländischen Wasser, haben sich die Erfinder für fünf handverlesene Botanicals entschieden, welche den Glacier Gin außergewöhnlich und sinnlich machen: Wacholderbeeren, Koriandersamen, Löwenzahn, Zitrone und Bergamotte

On the nose, the Gin sprays spicy notes of earthy, different herbs and a strong juniper note. It is dry and earthy on the palate. The juniper also comes through in the taste, later affected by the spicy-hot ginger. The finish is dry and long-lasting.

Himbrimi means “heaven howler” and is the Icelandic name for the common loon (Gavia immer). 

This gin is slowly distilled using the natural energy of geothermal water, which produces a smooth gin of exceptional quality.
Himbrimi Winterbird is perfect served with a crisp tonic or shaken into your favorite cocktail.

As a gesture of gratitude, 5% of the revenue generated from the sale of each bottle will be donated for nature conservation in Iceland.

A unique Old Tom Gin with hints of wild arctic thyme, angelica flowers, and honey. The name "Himbrimi" means “heaven howler” and is the Icelandic name for the loon (Gavia immer).
This gin is based on early 18th century gin recipes and is inspired by the scent of wild botanicals that grow along the banks of lakes and rivers in Iceland.
The outcome is a sweet, floral and complex gin, like nothing you have ever tasted before. Himbrimi Gin is to be enjoyed straight from the bottle while fly-fishing in a flowing river, and is perfect for mixing into your favorite cocktail back at the cabin, after spending a long day outdoors.

The Barrel Aged Reserve has been oak rested in a standard whisky barrel, giving Vor earthy woody notes that compliment the complex botanical mix.

„VOR“ ist isländisch für Frühling. Der arktische Frühling ist die Inspiration für den Icelandic Vor Gin und mit ihm der scharfe Geschmack eines isländischen Sommers.

Ziel ist es, die isländische Natur mit diesereinzigartigen Mischung aus wilden isländischen Wacholderbeeren, Rhabarber und anderen ausgewählten isländischen Kräutern einzufangen.

Der Icelandic Vor Gin wird aus 100% isländischer Gerste hergestellt. Die Gerste wird am Polarkreis in einem kalten Klima angebaut, was zu einer robusten und vollmundigen Basis für diesen Gin führt.

Alle Botanicals sind handverlesen und stammen aus Island und es wird sehr darauf geachtet, nur die besten verfügbaren Kräuter und Pflanzen zu jeder Jahreszeit auszuwählen.
