It takes 12 botanicals carefully selected: Blue Pea Flower, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Roots, Pitanga Tree Leaves, Brazilian Elder-flower, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Lemon Grass, Tahiti Lime, Brazilian Tangerine and Sweet Orange.

New World Navy was developed with the intention to innovate, bringing a different style of gin to Brazil. With a 54% abv, the maximum allowed by Brazilian legislation, this gin carries more than double of juniper than BEG Brazilian Boutique Dry Gin, being partially vapor infused and partially macerated for 24 hours as in our original recipe.

Perfect Serve: Fitzgerald - 1½ shot New World Navy, 1 shot fresh lemon juice, ½ shot sugar syrup, 2 dashes of Orange Bitter.

Die Produktion dieses Gins erfolgt in Brasilien. Destilliert wird er in einem kleinen Kupfer Pot Still, mit einer Begrenzung jeder Charge auf unter 500 Liter. Es kommen zwei verschiedene Destillationsmethoden zum Einsatz: Mazeration und Dampfinfusion.
Mazeration: 15 Botanicals werden mit 60 %-igem Alkohol gemischt und für 24 Stunden eingelegt, sodass der Alkohol die Aromastoffe und ätherischen Öle extrahieren kann.
Dampfinfusion: Konzentrierte Dämpfe passieren einen Kupferkorb mit den verbleibenden 6 Botanicals („Signature“-Botanicals). Ätherische Öle aus diesen Botanicals verbinden sich mit dem mazerierten Alkohol und ergeben so diesen einzigartigen Gin.

15 Premium-Botanicals: Wacholderbeeren, Koriandersaat, Zitronengras, Veilchenwurzeln, Guaven, Angelikawurzeln, Orangenschalen, Jasmin, Zitronenschalen, Gurke, Rosenblätter, Pomeloschalen, Ingwer, Zimt, Muskatnuss 

Bouquet: Zitrische, kräutrige und florale Anklänge, geröstete Gewürze, später entwickeln sich weitere Noten, die an Sauerampfer erinnern.
Gaumen: Weich, der Duft findet sich 1:1 am Gaumen wieder, sehr dezente Wacholdertöne und wunderbare Zuckerrohrsüße.

The drink emerged as a joke, through homemade production, which in a short time, won over its connoisseurs. Initially, what would be just a handcraft gin among colleagues and friends, grew and became a conceptual gin, directly from the Brazilian stone jungle.

Juniper, coriander, Brazil nut, angelica root, allspice, cardamom, vanilla, fennel, orange and lemon are the 10 botanical gin ingredients, made with potable ethyl alcohol.
