The 2019 edition of Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin is distilled with botanicals from around the distillery, all handpicked by Jon’s mother Yvonne: Heartsease together with juniper, spruce, rowan-berry and black currant leaves. This gin will take your mind to a Swedish meadow a late Midsummer night when the sun never sets.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Juniper and crisp green spruce. Forest floor yet a light and fresh nose, floral and a bit peppery.
Palate: Spruce and a rich texture, citrusy notes that leads your mind to grape fruit. Floral and crisp.
Finish: Fruity and gives of a little warmth. Citrus together with spruce lingers for a long time.
