Unique, full-bodied and very complex. A London Dry Gin, created from two separate distillates with 12 botanicals each. 

The essence of the day, soft and floral, paired with the exotic and spicy flavours of the night. 

Most of the power for the distillery is generated from solar energy and no fuel is used in the entire production process. 

Midnight London Dry Gin is handcrafted and produced in small batches of just 200 bottles in a specially made copper still from Portugal. A "double steam infusion" process is used for the gentle, slow distillation, whereby the botanicals are positioned in an aroma basket in the still. 

In addition to classic ginger spices such as angelica root, coriander seeds and orris root, grapefruit peel, lavender, almonds, cocoa shavings, vanilla and olive tree leaves were also used here.

Tasting Notes:

Nosing: Intense, strong and fresh aroma of juniper, followed by coriander notes and dried herbs. 

Palate: Full-bodied, smooth, with herbal notes, a slight oiliness and sweetness. 

Finish: Aromatic, long and warm, from deep, spicy and earthy notes to wonderfully fresh juniper, a lemony bite.
