The leading spices are, beyond juniper, Moroccan coriander, blackcurrant, pink grapefruit, cubeb, rose pepper, pine bud from the Zemplén Mountains, Sea Buckthorns and of course hárslevelű (it translates as linden leaf in English) grape and Eldelflower. It is a long, complex gin, you can immediately smell that it is something completely different from what you have felt or thought so far about gin. The total of 21 spices used are in perfect harmony, it does not dominate any of the other, that’s why you can enjoy even the scent of the gin for so long.
Perfect Serve: We recommend to consume it at room temperature, as a shot or long drink, especially with dry Indian tonic. (London Essence Indian Tonic) For G&T spices, we use nothing but blackcurrant and dehydrated or fresh pink grapefruit.
