Herbarium New Forest Gin er en smaksrik og frisk gin laget med bl.a. norske ingredienser som einerbær, ny-utsprungne bjørkeblader, og årsferske skudd fra kystgran. Den har et balansert og komplekst smaksbilde som passer de fleste garnityrer – men som like gjerne tåler å bli servert uten garnityr!

Du vil kunne kjenne toner av sitrus, norsk vårskog, og den klassiske einerbæren – uten at den blir for dominerende.

Bareksten Spirits is built on the philosophy and creativity of Stig Bareksten, the Master Distiller at OSS Craft Distillery.
 
Due to long hours of daylight and warm days and cold nights, Norway enjoys what may be, the best conditions in the world for growing herbs and berries. In fact, 18 of the 26 botanicals used in Bareksten can be found growing around the Distillery. The base product of potatoes is locally sourced as every effort is made to ensure that Norwegian-grown produce is used.&nbsp;
 
The gin is distilled in small batches which gives a very potent product with a sublime, fruity expression. Bareksten Gin is perfect with tonic water and, for sure, makes a perfect classic, Dry Martini. Bareksten Gin has a traditional base line but you will find hints of wild blueberries, lingonberries, rhubarb, elderflower, mint and an additional 20 different ingredients.
 
Nose: Pure aromas, floral and fruity with a subtle hint of juniper and citrus.&nbsp;
 
Taste: Fresh and clear taste of juniper, fruits and spices.&nbsp;
 
Body: Soft, pleasant and seductive, quite unique.&nbsp;

This gin owes its subtle dry palate to the handpicked raspberries from Kimerud farm. Between the months of July to August Master distiller Ståle Johnsen his wife Barbara, and their two daughters collect the rich, ripe berries.
 
The color in this Pink Gin is 100% natural from the raspberry.
 
This Pink Gin contains no less than 23 botanicals. A touch of sourced sugar is added to give the spirit a mild sweet balance.
 
The gin gets 100% of its pink colour from the farm grown raspberries.

BIVROST Arctic Gin is the Northernmost Gin in the World, handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps.

Melting water from glaciers is purified and combined with locally harvested botanicals to ensure a -unique product of Arctic Norway.
This is is a silky gin with fine flavour and elegant balance. Delicate aromas and flavours of arctic berries, roots, spices and juniper combine with a clean, medium body and a medium-length citrus and spicy finish.

Single juniper distilled base redistilled with a variety of classically botanicals. We’ve made a gin with typically notes from traditional gins without the short and high tempered mouthfeel. A smooth gin made for gin lovers.
 
Notes:
Double distilled gin with heavy notes of juniper. Traditionally London Dry gin with a full body and mellow mouthfeel. Tastes of juniper, citrus and sweet spices.

Bareksten Double Gin

Die Heide, eine schöne und robuste Pflanze, die in den Bergen wächst und jeden Herbst die Natur färbt, ist die Inspiration für diesen norwegischen Gin. 33 Kräuter, Gewürze und Blumen werden verwendet, um den ultimativen Geschmack von wilder und reiner Natur zu kreieren, darunter Heidekraut, Hufeisen, Holunderblüten, Birkenblätter, Rosenwurz, Brunnenkresse und vieles mehr. 

Botanicals: Wacholderbeeren, Koriander, Heidelbeeren, Brunnenkresse, Heidekraut, Holunderblüten und 27 weitere Gewürze, Kräuter und Beeren.

Tasting Notes:
Geruch: Kühles Aroma, geprägt von Wacholder, Kräutern, Blumen und Zitrusfrüchten.
Geschmack: Trockener Gin mit gutem Körper und einem Hauch von Wacholder, Zitrusfrüchten, Anis und Kräutern.

Lyng Norwegian Botanical Gin

We produce only300 liters at a time – to retain total control ofquality. We use berries and herbs from the wilds of Norway – among the world's most flavorsome. 
After distilling our classic Harahorn Gin, extracts of premium raspberries and the juice of freshly squeezed lemons are added. All the juice and flavour of both berries and lemon is preserved and is an important part of the flavour. Think of these two ingredients as part of the mixer and reduce the amount of, for example, tonic by about 15 - 20% compared to a classic GT. Don’t forget to use plenty of ice!

Color: Fresh Light pink

Nose: Appealing scent of juniper, raspberries and fresh citrus, with floral undertones.

Palate: Soft touch of raspberries, followed by juniper and fresh coriander. Refreshing finish with some acidity from the berries and a hint of pepper.

HARAHORN Pink Gin

Explores a careful selection of mediterranean and scandinavian herbs , most of which are picked in kimerud farm`s herbal garden.
Some of the specially selected herbs that make up the main flavors of this gin are.
Absinthium, Timian, Oregano, Basilikum and five mint species. Award winning master distiller Ståle H Johnsen choses 28 botanicals in total, which together gives botanisk gin a complete herbal flavor.
 
Usage: You can enjoy this gin alone in the glass, or with Tonic Water G.T and as a new approach to cocktails.
