Distilled in India with foraged Himalayan Juniper and locally sourced botanicals, HAPUSA is a gin that is uniquely Indian. In Sanskrit, Juniper is called ‘Hapusa’, and it is this which gives our Gin not only its name but its untamed aroma and flavor. Found near the snow line in the Himalayas, this elusive Juniper Berry provides a beautiful structure around which the rest of our botanicals are purposefully arranged. 
These botanicals come from all across the country to bring together its varied flavours, cuisines and cultures to make this a real journey in a glass. From the Pine forests in the Himalayas, your taste buds venture along the banks of the Hooghly River, through the monsoon forests of Tamil Nadu and finally end their journey in the lush spice farms of Goa. 
Hapusa is a sipping Gin in that it can be enjoyed all by itself or over ice. The inclusion of Turmeric and Mango make this one of the very few savory gins found today.

Tasting Notes & Signature Serves:
Owing to its unique botanical makeup, this gin is a three-dimensional spirit, which highlights each botanical in the gin and reveals new layers on the nose and palate with each sip.
Heady on the nose – The citrus peels (Indian Bergamot, Indian Lime, Nagpur Oranges & Gondhoraj) shine the brightest here and gives the gin a beautiful freshness on the front palate Mid palate – A flourish of warm spices including black pepper, mace, nutmeg and coriander give it a strong, spiced middle.
Aftertaste – Smooth, earthy and sweet finish owing to liquorice, cassia bark and mace Signature serves include fresh, flavourful Gimlets & aromatic, layered Gibsons which are also a homage to India’s pickling and cordialling culture. The Strange G&T heroes an ingredient that is found in every kitchen in India - a slice of ginger, which brings out the balance of the botanicals in the gin, resulting in a refreshing thirst-quencher.

Made in a 1,000 Liter Copper Pot Still source from Hungary, it is India’s first Craft Gin. As per its name, the Gin looks for all things greater. We hope others do too.
