Black Mountain gin is distilled in Occitania in the South-West of France, in a traditional copper still, using ingredients from organic farming. This organic, hand-crafted gin is made by macerating and then distilling plants specially selected to express the terroir of the Montagne Noire (a mountain 2 hours away in the east of Toulouse) that is so dear to Black Mountain.
