G'Vine entstand aus einer Kooperation des Destillateurs Jean-Sébastien Robicquet mit dem Önologen Bruno de Reilhac. Die beiden Franzosen verfolgten die Idee, die moderne Ginkultur mit der französischen Weintradition in einem Produkt zu verbinden. Grundlage für G'Vine ist daher ein Traubenbrand aus der Rebsorte Ugni Blanc.
 
Dieser Brand wird in kleinen Batches destilliert und dient anschließend zur Mazeration von Wacholder, Muskatnuss, Ingwer, Süßholz, Zitrone, Koriander und Cassia.
Eine Besonderheit ist außerdem die Verwendung der grünen Weinblüte, aus der ein eigenes Destillat hergestellt wird, das den Gins ihre typische florale Note verleiht. Nur einmal im Jahr, in der Mitte des Monats Juni, blühen für wenige Tage die Weinpflanzen, bevor die Weintrauben entstehen. In Frankreich nennt man diese Periode „Floraison".
 
Geruch: Delikat, süß und blumig, mit einer scharfen Wärme (Andeutungen von Kardamon und Ingwer).
Geschmack: Weich, fein und rund, nach Wiese mit Blumen und Gewürzen. Der blumige Geschmack von der Weinblüte ist sehr vordergründig. Wacholder, Kardamon und Ingwer folgen. Der Abgang bringt den blumigen Geschmack zurück und ist sehr lang und trocken, klar und knackig.

This gin is made by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido to an ancient Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, pepper, citrus).

What makes our very floral Etsu special is the lingering notes of orange peel and yuzu, a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

Destilliert wird dieser Gin von CITADELLE auf Château de Bonbonnet im Herzen der Region Cognac. Es kommen 25 hl Kupfer Pot Stills bei der Destillation zum Einsatz. Der Grundstoff ist ein Destillat aus französischem Weizen, der zuvor 3 Mal destilliert wurde. Eine Infusion von 22 Früchten und Botanicals gibt diesem Destillat danach seinen unverwechselbaren Geschmack.

In order to create Le Gin de Christian Drouin Guillaume Drouin has been working on finding seasoning that would best balance, complete and enhance juniper and cider apple.
After distilling separately numerous plants, in the same way as a great blend is assembled, a final selection of 8 plants was made, all of them, with the exception of juniper, belonging to the aroma
universe of premium Calvados.
Creating harmony among these 8 aromas was the next step, then adjusting the recipe and at last understanding that our work process would enable us only to create "small batches" as the one plant at a time distillation process imposes to keep adjusting proportions so as to obtain the best possible blend.
Le Gin is the only Gin incorporating 30 cider apples varieties and 8 different aromatics. Each aromatic is separately distilled before being blended in proportions that are unique to each batch.
Rose and lemon provide delicacy. Ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and almond give the Gin a smooth, spicy body while cardamom enhances its fruit and roundness in the mouth. Juniper and apple complement one another with their heavy or high notes, spicy or crisp.

Nach der Destillation lagerte dieser Gin ca. 6 Monate in ausgewählten Holzfässern. Das Besondere daran ist die Zutat „Aged Sugar“, ein karibischer brauner Zucker, der in Kupferkesseln geröstet und leicht karamellisiert wurde, dann 3 bis 4 Monate zusammen mit einem kleinen Anteil Gin in Cognac-Fässern lagerte.

In der Nase frisch und kräftig. Zu Beginn Anklänge von Wacholder, Orangenschale und Kardamom. Im weiteren Verlauf kommen blumige Aromen von Jasmin und Geißblatt hinzu, sowie Fenchel, Kreuzkümmel und leicht süße Anklänge von Kaffee und Vanille.

Am Gaumen vollmundig und elegant mit bittersüßen Profilen von kandierten Zitronenschalen, schwarzem Edelkraut, Anis und Mandeln. Im weiteren Verlauf würzige Noten von Muskanuss, Zimt und Kubebenpfeffer. Ein sehr langes Finish, das blumig, würzig und holzig zugleich ist. Noten von Koriander, Veilchen, Engelwurz, Kreuzkümmel, Paradieskörner und Lakritz werden deutlich.

Hokkaido is the second largest of the Archipelago’s four main islands, but the second least populated. It is located north of the island of Honshu from which it is separated by the Tsugaru Strait. It is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the East, the Sea of Japan to the West and the Sea of Okhotsk to the north.

In the Meiji Era (1868-1912) the island took its current name : Hokkaido, which means “the way to the North Sea”.

Fresh water from the mountain source and sea water from the Sea of Japan are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast line in a bottle.

Jean-Michel et Pierre bousculent aujourd’hui les conventions. Après de longues recherches pour retrouver les ingrédients des formules de leur aïeul et plusieurs essais de distillation, 12 botaniques ont finalement été sélectionnées pour composer un bouquet d’arômes frais et singulier. Elles infusent 7 à 10 jours, avant d’être distillées au « bain-marie vapeur » pour révéler la quintessence de leurs parfums. Idéal pour apporter du caractère à vos G&T.

After launching Le Gin de Christian Drouin in 2015, the only Gin elaborated using over 30 varieties of cider apples and 7 aromatic spices, carefully selected for their perfect match with apple and juniper
aromas, Guillaume Drouin signs a new blend devoted to red berries.

The same principles have presided the making of Carmina as they did for the original version of Le Gin : each aromatic ingredient is macerated and then separately distilled so as to optimize the extraction of aromas. The distillates are then assembled before bottling.

Carmina has a summer-like bouquet. It mixes fruit and flowers, using not only juniper and Normandy cider apple varieties but also raspberries, blackcurrants, elder flowers, vanilla, lemon and orange.

The packaging of Carmina respects the identity of Le Gin de Christian Drouin ; however the colour code is carmine as a reminder of the domineering aromas of this new gourmet gin with its hints of
raspberries and blackcurrants.

The Le Gin de Drouin Calvados Cask Finish is a barrel-aged gin. And absolutely more than a typical classic, because the basis is a cider.

The pastel golden color of the noble distillate has reached its perfection through the 6 months of storage in Calvados barrels. And Christian Drouin's main focus in the French distillery is actually on calvados. During the production of the barrel-aged gin, cider is now distilled and blended with a juniper distillate. There are also botanicals such as vanilla, lemons, cardamom, cinnamon, almonds and rose petals.

The bouquet clearly has spicy notes of cardamom and ginger, but with a strong apple presence. A soft rose aroma unfolds on the palate, combined with fine citrus nuances and a fruity finish, which is given a slightly nutty and long-lasting herbal note due to the barrel storage.

The result is an unmistakable gin in which the Calvados apple note always dominates and is perfectly complemented by the botanicals.

Magellan Gin wird in der Region Cognac, auf der Domäne Logis d’Angeac in kleinen Chargen hergestellt. Eine Maische aus Weizen und Wasser wird dann drei Mal per Hand destilliert. Danach werden Wacholderbeeren und frische Pflanzenextrakte (z.B. Gewürznelken, Schwertlilie, Paradieskörner, Cassia-Gewürzrinde, Zimt, Kardamon, Koriander, Orangenschale, Lakritz, Muskat) zu dem neutralen Alkohol hinzugefügt und sofort ein viertes Mal destilliert.

Ein fruchtig, frisches und unverwechselbares Bouquet mit feinen Noten von Wacholderbeeren und Zitrus. 

Am Gaumen werden diese Noten ebenfalls deulich. Frischer, fruchtiger und ausgewogener Geschmack mit einer angenehmen Blumigkeit.

Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture of Japan in the Honshu Island.

Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is these mountains that Etsu Double Yuzu takes its fresh and light aromas from.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha.

After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain source added, which gives this gin its fresh taste.
Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.

ETSU Double Yuzu

Beste Ausgangsprodukte, wie Wacholder und 21 ausgesuchte, exotische Kräuter (diese werden 5 bis 7 Tage in überdimensionalen Teebeuteln in Alkohol eingelegt), sind die Voraussetzungen für unseren Gin. Destilliert wird unser Gin CITADELLE auf unserer Domäne Logis d’Angeac in der Region Cognac. Hier kommen die Charentaiser Pot-Still-Destillierapparatezum Einsatz, die in der Zeit von November bis Ende März für das Brennen von Cognac benutzt
werden. Drei Mal brennt der Destillateur unseren Gin, um ihn so geschmeidig zu machen wie er ist. Danach gibt er zu diesem neutralen, sehr reinen Alkohol das Mazerat der aromatischen Kräuter und Gewürze hinzu und destilliert ein viertes Mal. Wir wählten Holzfässer von Akazien, Kastanien, Maulbeer- und Wildkirschbäumen und französischen Eichen aus. Nach einer Lagerung von 5 Monaten
ruht das Cuvée vor der Abfüllung noch ein paar Wochen in einem großen Holzfass.

Der Reichtum der indischen Kultur und die Vielfalt der Aromen und Gewürze der regionalen Küche brachten ihn auf die Idee „seine“ Normandie mit eben diesem vielfältigen und genussvollen Indien in einem Gin zu verbinden. Nach aufwendiger Recherche und Forschung entstand der Gin „Normindia“, der die Aromen beider Provenienzen perfekt miteinander verbindet. Ein frischer und fruchtiger Gin, der an einen jungen Calvados der Destillerie erinnert, mit süßen und blumigen Anklängen, gefolgt von weichen Gewürznoten.

Die Destillation dieses Gins erfolgt in dem Kupfer-Pot Still, in dem sonst der Calvados destilliert wird. 15 Botanicals werden fein dosiert und vor der Destillation mazeriert: Wacholder, Äpfel, Orangen, Koriander, Zimt, Gewürznelken, Ingwer, Lilien und 7 weitere geheime Gewürze.

Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Gin sehr rund, weich und fruchtig, mit schönen, intensiven Noten von Äpfeln. Das Finale ist lang, mit würzigen und floralen Noten.

Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture of Japan in the Honshu Island.

Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is these mountains that Etsu Double Orange takes its fresh and light aromas from.

Etsu Double Orange Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese bitter orange peel, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica and coriander.

After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain source added, which gives this gin it’s fresh taste Etsu Double Orange Gin is fresh and fruity, with natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish. 

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clear, transparent.
Nose: Orange, yuzu and lemon.

Audemus Spirits verbinden moderne Techniken mit den traditionellen Methoden. Sie nutzen das Vakuum-Destillationsverfahren. Durch dieses Verfahren wird die Siedetemperatur des Alkohols gesenkt, die Botanicals werden nicht gekocht und es bleibt mehr geschmackliche Frische erhalten.

Umami steht für den fünften Geschmack – neben den bekannten Geschmacksrichtungen süß, sauer, salzig und bitter. Oft wird umami als herzhaft-intensiv, würzig oder pikant umschrieben.

This organic gin owes its name to the Machaon: a butterfly from grasslands, still common in the Northern Hemisphere but whose population tends to decline because of the pesticides spraying. En 2019, Charlotte et Thomas Jourdan, couple de restaurateurs parisiens, ont décidé de changer de vie pour créer Malouin’s. Un gin enraciné dans le terroir et l’histoire de la Bretagne. Ils ont raccroché le tablier pour se consacrer à leur amour du gin et de la Côte d’Emeraude. Un désir de retour aux sources, notamment pour Thomas, originaire de St-Malo.

Élaboré à partir de baies de genévrier, de zestes de citron, de yuzu, de coriandre et d’orange, le gin breton  Malouin’s se distingue par l’ajout d’extraits d’algues  tels que le Kombou, le Varech et le Spaghetti de mer.

Ces algues sont récoltées à la main à marée basse le long du littoral breton, sur la côte d’Émeraude. 

Par la suite, ces ingrédients sont macérés puis distillés en alambic à repasse.
Le gin Malouin’s est un gin artisanal et local alliant finesse, simplicité et un doux parfum iodé.

Hergestellt wird der NORMINDIA Barrel Aged Gin im Kupfer-Pot Still, in dem normalerweise der Calvados Coquerel destilliert wird. Dieser Gin durfte nach der Destillation für 6 - 12 Monate in Fässern reifen. Hierfür wurden zum einen neue Fässer aus französischer Eiche verwendet und zum anderen Ex-Calvados-Fässer aus amerikanischer und französischer Eiche.

Botanicals:
15 Botanicals werden für diesen Gin fein dosiert und vor der Destillation mazeriert, z.B. Wacholder, Äpfel, Orangen, Koriander, Zimt, Gewürznelken, Ingwer und Lilien.

Bouquet:
In der Nase entwickelt sich ein floraler Duft mit Anklängen von Zitrusfrüchten und Cider.

Gaumen:
Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Gin fruchtig und würzig mit Aromen von Orangen, Gebäck, Zimt und Wacholder. 

Das Finale ist weich mit Butter und Vanille,
sowie mit einer angenehmen Fruchtnote.

Sorgin (sorcière en Basque) est le premier spiritueux de Sabine Jaren et François Lurton, vigneron et propriétaire de domaines à l’international, descendant d’une famille de viticulteurs installée à Château Bonnet dans l’Entre-Deux-Mers.

Sorgin est un gin complexe, qui sublime le genièvre et le Sauvignon avec des notes fruitées et végétales en arrière-plan. Notes aromatiques très puissantes.

Attaque franche qui laisse place à une bouche ample, facile à appréhender, qui révèle une grande intensité aromatique.

Belle longueur tout en finesse, où l’on retrouve les notes de genêt et de violette, en parfait équilibre avec le genièvre.

Sorgin Gin & Sauvignon

Black Mountain gin is distilled in Occitania in the South-West of France, in a traditional copper still, using ingredients from organic farming. This organic, hand-crafted gin is made by macerating and then distilling plants specially selected to express the terroir of the Montagne Noire (a mountain 2 hours away in the east of Toulouse) that is so dear to Black Mountain.

Perfect Serve: Archibald French Tonic, Juniper berry, orange peel.
