In addition, dried hibiscus flowers are added to it during the distillation by steam infusion. A total of 13 aromatic and dried botanicals in organic quality are used in production.
Simon Koller, the original Zurich Master Distiller, lowers the gin with fresh Züri-Hahnenburger and fills the finished mixture - which glows in the most beautiful Zurich blue - by hand into the beautiful glass bottles. Production is carried out in a small batch process.
