Canopée is a forest dry gin inspired by the Quebec nature that surrounds us. This spirit includes the traditional juniper berry, black spruce, cedar, maple wood and oak wood forming a rich and complex marriage. During its production, the contact of the gin with oak and maple wood reveals an amber color. On the palate, it reveals a sweet lemony boreal infusion enhanced by lightly smoky woody notes and a hint of vanilla, all ending with an elegant dry finish.
