Handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills using 8 botanicals, Empress 1908 is a collaboration between Victoria Distillers and British Columbia’s legendary Empress Hotel. It’s the perfect base for a new aesthetic of cocktail creation and enjoyment.
 
Distilled in copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 Gin contains eight signature botanicals, including exotic butterfly pea blossom, discovered in a tea blend served at the Empress Hotel in Victoria, B.C. These blossoms impart a warm herbal earthiness, soft texture, and deep indigo colour.

Distilled in small batches in Rimouski, St. Laurent Gin is an authentic all-natural hand-crafted gin. After a steam infusion of exotic spices in a custom designed gin-basket, our gin is slowly macerated with laminaria seaweed hand-harvested in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.
