Sloane’s premium dry gin was originally created to be a gin without peers, to be simply ‘the World’s best gin’ without regard to how much it cost to produce or how long it took to make. 

With this dream utmost in his mind, Sloane’s master distiller set about sourcing only the very finest of natural ingredients to make his gin: 
• Fresh citrus fruits (sweet oranges and whole lemons) from Spain; 
• Juniper berries and iris root from Italy; 
• Coriander from Morocco; 
• Angelica root, cardamom pods and liquorice root from India; and 
• Whole vanilla beans from Madagascar.

Der Black Tomato Gin kommt aus einem kleinen Fischerdorf namens Bruinisse. Der Gin wird aus schwarzen Tomaten hergestellt und ist zu 100% vegetarisch. Das Wasser, das für die Herstellung verwendet wird, stammt aus dem größten Nationalpark in Hollands Oosterschelde. Die verwendeten Tomaten stammen aus Italien bzw. Sizilien. Sie werden von Hand gepflückt und zerdrückt bevor sie mazeriert werden. Beim Black Tomato wird der Wacholder bewusst in den Hintergrund gedrängt und die Tomate hervorzuheben.

The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with separate distillation of each botanical so producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations.

Tasting notes:
The nose is clean with fresh citrus and earthy juniper notes and a beguiling hint of spice and vanilla. The balance of Zuidam Dry Gin makes it perfect for a refreshing Gin and Tonic or a perfect Dry Martini.

GESCHMACKSBESCHREIBUNG
Der Duft ist kräftig, würzig und fruchtig, mit Akzenten von Wacholder und Angelikawurzel (Engelwurz). Herrliche Aromen mit einer fruchtigen Note von Bergamotte. Breit und vollmundig im Geschmack, mit einem Anflug von Zimt, endend in einem frischen Abgang, in dem der Zitrusgeschmack vorherrscht.
