The gin was then transferred to recycled Chardonnay barrels made from French oak from the “Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl” in order to capture the elementary characteristics of the Chardonnay, which is characterized by roasted fruit nuances, spicy hazelnut aromas and a clear amber color.
