António Cuco and his gin never cease to inspire and he now presents Sharish - Blue Magic.

The botanicals include strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon, angelica root, ginger, liquorice, coriander seeds and juniper. The star of his new gin is a plant called Clitoria ternatea, which gives the gin a natural blue hue without the addition of artificial colourings. 

According to the manufacturer, the gin has a ‘magic touch’. The addition of tonic water changes the mixture from blue to a delicate pink colour.
