Eine Kombination aus Wacholderbeeren, die in Kupferbrennblasen destilliert werden, gepaart mit Malzbrand aus Mais, Weizen und Roggen verleiht diesem Malz-Genever seinen charakteristischen kräftigen Kick. Während Oloroso-Sherry-Fässer verwendet werden, um dem Geschmack Tiefe zu verleihen, bringen botanische pflanzliche Extrakte wie Kümmel, Fenchel und süßer Waldmeister der Spirituose seinen weichen Geschmack.

Vollmundig, mit einer reichen und kräftigen Körnigkeit, ergänzt durch holzige Noten und Anklänge von Vanille und Karamell.

Mit einem Hauch von Malz ist der New-Style Genever voll von kupfer-destillierten Botanicals - wie dem kuriosen Orangenapfel von den holländischen Antillen, der eine einzigartige zitrische Frische in die Spirituose bringt.

Wacholderbeeren mischen sich mit Anis, Zitrusfrüchten und Lakritze, ergänzt durch eine anhaltende Malznote.

Der Black Tomato Gin kommt aus einem kleinen Fischerdorf namens Bruinisse. Der Gin wird aus schwarzen Tomaten hergestellt und ist zu 100% vegetarisch. Das Wasser, das für die Herstellung verwendet wird, stammt aus dem größten Nationalpark in Hollands Oosterschelde. Die verwendeten Tomaten stammen aus Italien bzw. Sizilien. Sie werden von Hand gepflückt und zerdrückt bevor sie mazeriert werden. Beim Black Tomato wird der Wacholder bewusst in den Hintergrund gedrängt und die Tomate hervorzuheben.

Hanami Dry Gin

Dutch Courage dry gin is distilled from Nine botanicals: juniper berries and iris root from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica, sweet oranges and fresh whole lemons from Spain, liquorice root from India, cardamom and whole vanilla beans from Madagascar.

The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with separate distillation of each botanical so producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations.

Tasting notes:
The nose is clean with fresh citrus and earthy juniper notes and a beguiling hint of spice and vanilla. The balance of Zuidam Dry Gin makes it perfect for a refreshing Gin and Tonic or a perfect Dry Martini.
