Tasting Notes:
A truly unique blend of the finest spices including black pepper and grains of paradise, complemented by cassia bark, cardamom, and coriander add the complexity and balance to create an unbeatable drinking experience.
Nose: A complex array of spice notes on the nose, led by the hard peppers and underpinned by cinnamon notes from the cassia bark.
Palate: An eastern style London Dry, the Spice gin produces complex spicy notes with hints of cinnamon. The unique and bespoke flavours coat the mouth and tongue with the convivial appeal, finishing smoothly. The complexity and smoothness of the Spice gin make it easy to enjoy neat on the rocks.

Tasting Notes:
Lime, Grapefruit and a hint of lemon combine to create the most delightfully refreshing gin imaginable.
Nose: Clean Citrus notes assail the nose, with lime and grapefruit both clearly distinguishable.
Palte: A purist take on a citrus gin with clean, crisp, citrus flavours taking centre stage in what is an incredibly refreshing taste. Fresh citrus flavours linger on the tongue, with lime and grapefruit once again clearly distinguishable long after the last drop is gone.

Tasting Notes:
An aromatic bouquet accentuated by rose geranium and orange blossom so soft and playful that it comes with a license to thrill.
Nose:A fragrant gin, rose geranium comes through strongly on the nose and is underpinned by pollen notes from the Orange Blossom.
Palate: This new style gin tantalises the taste buds with its rose geranium led floral infusion with a long lingering flavour which finishes elegantly with a soft dryness as the orange blossom comes through. The floral medley gives the Floral gin a perceived sweetness, making it ideal for those who prefer to serve gin with lite tonics or soda water.

Der Classic Knysna Gin aus Südafrika hat als Hauptbotanical die südafrikanische Num Num Berry, welche ein einzigartiges und unvergleichliches Geschmackserlebnis bietet. Die Num Num Berry ist eine einheimische süß schmeckende rote Frucht und eine Hommage an die Stadt Knysna. Der Classic Knysna Gin ist würzig und hat eine leichte Süße und Fruchtigkeit.&nbsp;
Klar wahrnehmbar sind Sternanis und natürlich Wacholder. Auch Kardamom, Koriander sowie Mondia Whitei geben ihm die Würze, während Honigbusch, Mandeln, Zimt die süßlichen Noten abrunden. Alle Zutaten begleiten das Wacholderaroma, ohne jedoch den Geschmack zu dominieren. Der Classic Knysna Gin hat einzigartige Aromen und versteht es die Würze und Süße perfekt zu balancieren.
 
Der Gin wird von Hand destilliert, in einer mit Feuer beheizten Alembic Destille mit Kupferbrennkessel. Das feine Aroma stellt die angewendete Dampfextraktion bzw. „vapour infusion“ sicher. Der Knysna Gin wird 12h destilliert bevor er seine 30 tägige Ruhezeit antritt. Das Ergebnis ist ein reiner, milder Gin.

Quadruple distilled from the finest white grape spirits in small batches. Extensive fractional distillation produces a smooth base of the finest quality and purity. This pure spirit is then infused with premium juniper berries and elements from 33 indigenous botanicals, sustainably hand harvested for their bark, roots, berries, flowers, stems, peels or leaves. Most of these botanicals are members of the fynbos group of plants for which the region is world famous.
These botanicals are macerated in the alcoholic base prior distillation to allow for optimal binding of the herbal aromas. Vapour-path extraction of flavours are then achieved by suspending the botanicals from the top of the kettle in a muslin bag.
A stepwise bending of pure Franschhoek granite mountain spring water results in a truly unique gin of the highest quality.
