As long as we can remember the drink of choice in many restaurants has been wine and champagne. With the introduction of Gastro Gin in 2017 a new aperitif and food ingredient was born. &nbsp;The combination of fresh botanicals, a bitter-sweet tonic and the right garnish has sparked the creativity in culminating the perfect Aperitif before any culinary experience. In search of the perfect G&amp;T, Onder de Boompjes Distillery &nbsp;and a number of Michelin stars joint forces to share their knowledge on drinks and gastronomy.&nbsp;
 
Together we ventured out in pursuit of a gin that would captivate our favorite flavors, ones that are fresh, real and genuine. Hereby the exquisite and daring mix of five types of pepper sourced in every corner of the world. Carefully blended with citrus notes and local fennel. All this based on &nbsp;a solid mix of gin-style botanicals.&nbsp;

Bobby's is a unique blend of Indonesian spice and traditional botanicals. Spicy and fragrant on the nose, a fresh burst of lemon grass and herbs at first sip and with a slight hum of pepper.

Der Black Tomato Gin kommt aus einem kleinen Fischerdorf namens Bruinisse. Der Gin wird aus schwarzen Tomaten hergestellt und ist zu 100% vegetarisch. Das Wasser, das für die Herstellung verwendet wird, stammt aus dem größten Nationalpark in Hollands Oosterschelde. Die verwendeten Tomaten stammen aus Italien bzw. Sizilien. Sie werden von Hand gepflückt und zerdrückt bevor sie mazeriert werden. Beim Black Tomato wird der Wacholder bewusst in den Hintergrund gedrängt und die Tomate hervorzuheben.

Based on the original and centuries old Dutch dry gin recipe, HANAMI gin is infused with the true essence of distinctive cherry blossom and herbs. These botanicals are brought together in our own closely guarded recipe but rest assured all are carefully selected and tested for utmost purity and quality.

Hanami Dry Gin

Dutch Courage dry gin is distilled from Nine botanicals: juniper berries and iris root from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica, sweet oranges and fresh whole lemons from Spain, liquorice root from India, cardamom and whole vanilla beans from Madagascar.

The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with separate distillation of each botanical so producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations.

Tasting notes:
The nose is clean with fresh citrus and earthy juniper notes and a beguiling hint of spice and vanilla. The balance of Zuidam Dry Gin makes it perfect for a refreshing Gin and Tonic or a perfect Dry Martini.
