This sensational small batch spirit is distilled with alpine spring water & 14 unique botanicals. The shining star is the locally picked yuzu from the legends at Mountain Yuzu in Eurobin. This incredible family business started by planting 20 yuzu trees back in 2012. They now have over 1,800 trees spread across 20 spectacular acres. The beautiful farm is close to Mt Buffalo, and features views of the snow-capped Australian Alps. The pristine environment - with rich volcanic soils, hot dry summers & cold wet winters - is similar to the mountain areas on the island of Shikoku in Japan, where most of the fruit is traditionally grown.
