Herba Flora No 2 ist ein frischer Gin. Hier finden sich schöne Noten von Gurke, Sanddorn, Holunderblüte, Zitrone und Wacholder. In Herba Flora No 2 schmeckt man vor allem Holunderblüten zusammen mit Noten von Lavendel, Grapefruit und Zitrone. Zusammen mit den anderen Kräutern und Beeren bilden sie eine perfekte Harmonie.

Frost 92° Giner ein dänischer Gin, der insofern das dänische Winterwetter im Geschmack mitnimmt.

When researching for the perfect recipe for a ‘new generation gin’ I discovered that the geranium plant had been used for centuries for healing purposes against depression and fatique along with juniper, coriander and lemon which are the base ingredients of almost every gin. And when my chemist father made the chemical analysis of the geranium we found that the same essential oils were present in most fruits, berries and spices that are being used for making gin based cocktails. And combining my knowledge within gin with my fathers chemical skills we achieved to create this recipe for what became one of the worlds highest rated gins.

The shortest of whiles when the delicate scents of moist wild Arctic blueberry shrubs and spruce needles embrace in perfect harmony. We wanted to capture this moment. To confine it in a bottle for you to taste and savour.

Arctic Blue Gin is all about experiencing the harmony of the exceptional northern nature. Because we don’t believe in chill-filtering our spirits, all of the natural aromas, pectins and essential oils of bilberries – the wild Arctic blueberries – are preserved in our gin. This is why it turns into an elegant cloudy white shade when topped with tonic water.

The scent is an aromatic combination of fragrant spruces and bilberry shrubs. The distinguished flavour has elegant notes of juniper, bilberries (the wild Arctic blueberries), coniferous forest and spices.

Circus Gin “This Is Me” is a spicy and aromatic small batch gin, which with its light freshness as well as round and soft body - gives a delicate and tasteful gin tonic or as an ingredient in a cocktail, where it provides an elegant taste of cardamom, juniper, black pepper, lime and vanilla. 

Botanicals: Juniper, cardamom, Tonga beans, licorice root, cinnamon, angelica root, buckthorn, dried orange peel, lime, elderflower. 

In total, Circus Gin contains 13 different botanical plants, but some of them are kept secret.

Der klassische, preisgekrönte Apfellikör auf Basis von Holsteiner Cox Äpfeln von Lolland. Klarer Wacholder, elegant unterlegt mit Zitrus, Rose und einer dezenten Lakritznote vom Fenchel mit vollem Respekt vor den zarten, frischen Apfeltönen. Sieht am besten mit einem süßen Tonic aus und am besten mit einem Stück frischen Apfel.

Circus Gin – The one 

“Some say less is more. A gin with a very light juniper taste. Smooth and with great citrus”.

An elegant, aromatic and well-balanced gin. Refreshing and with a light taste of juniper berries makes it easy to enjoy for any occasion. The focus is on fresh orange and lemon peels with a twist of fresh lemon balm. 
Botanicals: Juniper, angelica root, lemon peels, lime, buckthorn, dried orange peel, coriander, lemon balm, elderflower. 

In total, Circus Gin contains 13 different botanical plants, but some of them are kept secret.

Rammstein Gin is an aromatic Dry Gin offering a vibrant blend of Botanicals using juniper, coriander, angelica root and lemon peel. Not so much a "Feier frei" kind of spirit but definitely an "Ohne dich kann ich nicht sein" type of gin. The perfect base for refreshing G&T on any other gin cocktail enjoyed on ice and in good company.

Tasting Notes:

Geschmack: Ein Gin, der nicht ganz wie die anderen ist. Langer und süßer Nachgeschmack von scharfen Gewürzen wie Süßholzwurzel, Nelken und Kardamom. Ein dicht gepackter Gin mit viel Geschmack, der gut durch jedes Getränk geht.
