Uniquely rested in West Indian Rum Casks for 6 weeks, Mary-Le-Bone Cask Aged Gin has the London Dry recipe at its heart with its combination of 13 botanicals including juniper, lime flower, lemon balm, clove, liquorice, chamomile and grapefruit alongside the traditional juniper. The casks are from the award-winning Foursquare distillery in Barbados.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet floral notes of honeysuckle, soft juniper and citrus
Palate: Smooth, rich juniper, creamy brioche with hints of spice, citrus and vanilla
Finish: Lingering notes of cinnamon spice and black pepper.
