Denn statt dem sonst üblichen Getreide setzt der Grace Gin auf eine schonende Destillation mit den süßen Früchten.  Neben dem herben Wacholder sowie der kräftigen Iris- und Angelikawurzel, verleiht der pikante Seefenchel dem Getränk brillante Aromen.
