The perfectly shaped »Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin« is based on the Spanish grape variety Albariño, the distillate of which is refined by maceration of 11 botanicals. Six of these are wild herbs from the region: sage, bay leaves, lemon herbs, eucalyptus, mint and the seaweed Salicornia, which give Nordés its characteristic balsamic aroma. This revolutionary gin is completed and rounded off with five botanicals from overseas: juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus and black tea.
