What is PUD PUD Cask Gin? More than you think is the answer. First, the original PUD PUD gin rests in the ex-bourbon barrels (for a secret number of days). The gin is then decanted into a stainless steel drum so that the ruby-mouthed bourbon barrels can be filled and left for almost a month. You guessed it, we then empty the port and replace it with the gin for another aging session. The result is a bourbon / port cask aged Hertfordshire Christmas Pudding Gin.
