The Tanglin Team is mindful about the materials and ingredients they can re-use and reduce for their production. For example, they strip all the flavours and aromas from the bitter flavoured liquid at the end of a distillation run - and coupled with Lemuel Chocolate's single-origin cacao husks and other ingredients, they created this 'zero-waste' liqueur that has become a new favourite.

In der blauen Flasche, an deren Inhalt man nur mit dem dazu passenden Schlüssel gelangt, befindet sich ein New Western Gin. In der Grundlage aus Getreidealkohol mischen sich Wacholder, klassische Botanicals und exotische Früchte zu einem exklusiven Erlebnis, welches eure Zungen ganz sicher noch nicht geschmeckt haben.

In die Nase strömt sogleich der markante Wacholder, begleitet von einer getreidigen Süße und angenehmer Fruchtigkeit von Orange und Zitrone. Darüber liegt eine feine Schärfe, die sich mit leichten floralen Noten mischt. Der Gaumen dann darf sich über eine herrliche Komposition aus frischer exotischer Frucht, feiner Würze von Koriander und Kardamom freuen. Hinzu kommt die schöne Schärfe von Pfeffer und Ingwer, die sanft von blumigen Noten abgefangen wird. Der Wacholder tritt dezent in den Hintergrund und macht im Abgang Platz für ein pfeffriges, frisches und intensiv fruchtiges, aber nicht süßes Feuerwerk.
