Der Classic Knysna Gin aus Südafrika hat als Hauptbotanical die südafrikanische Num Num Berry, welche ein einzigartiges und unvergleichliches Geschmackserlebnis bietet. Die Num Num Berry ist eine einheimische süß schmeckende rote Frucht und eine Hommage an die Stadt Knysna. Der Classic Knysna Gin ist würzig und hat eine leichte Süße und Fruchtigkeit.&nbsp;
Klar wahrnehmbar sind Sternanis und natürlich Wacholder. Auch Kardamom, Koriander sowie Mondia Whitei geben ihm die Würze, während Honigbusch, Mandeln, Zimt die süßlichen Noten abrunden. Alle Zutaten begleiten das Wacholderaroma, ohne jedoch den Geschmack zu dominieren. Der Classic Knysna Gin hat einzigartige Aromen und versteht es die Würze und Süße perfekt zu balancieren.
 
Der Gin wird von Hand destilliert, in einer mit Feuer beheizten Alembic Destille mit Kupferbrennkessel. Das feine Aroma stellt die angewendete Dampfextraktion bzw. „vapour infusion“ sicher. Der Knysna Gin wird 12h destilliert bevor er seine 30 tägige Ruhezeit antritt. Das Ergebnis ist ein reiner, milder Gin.

Quadruple distilled from the finest white grape spirits in small batches. Extensive fractional distillation produces a smooth base of the finest quality and purity. This pure spirit is then infused with premium juniper berries and elements from 33 indigenous botanicals, sustainably hand harvested for their bark, roots, berries, flowers, stems, peels or leaves. Most of these botanicals are members of the fynbos group of plants for which the region is world famous.
These botanicals are macerated in the alcoholic base prior distillation to allow for optimal binding of the herbal aromas. Vapour-path extraction of flavours are then achieved by suspending the botanicals from the top of the kettle in a muslin bag.
A stepwise bending of pure Franschhoek granite mountain spring water results in a truly unique gin of the highest quality.
Deep and complex herbal aromas with hints of orange essence, cloves and white pepper, honey and wild Fynbos all overlaying a perfectly smooth palate make this into a gin to treasure.

Six Dogs Blue Gin derives its name from the Blue Pea Flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. The infusion of Blue Pea gives the Gin its striking colour, while the alchemy of this unusual botanical is further revealed when the Gin is mixed with a good tonic, changing the colour to light pink. Six Dogs Blue is a classic dry Gin with hints of freshly-cut Lucerne over hand-picked and morning-harvested Rose Pelargonium. Six Dogs Blue is a party Gin that offers a touch of magic – beautiful by itself and when mixed with tonic, it can also be enjoyed with a variety of garnishes from berries in season to herbs and spices to rose petals. Cruxland Gin

An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.
