Dementsprechend soll der hiernach benannte Gin ein Hoch auf die Freundschaft sein.
 
Geschmacklich hebt sich der Huckleberry Gin durch die Heidelbeere hervor. Gin wäre natürlich nicht Gin, wenn die Wacholderbeeren nicht dabei sind. On the nose, Yu Gin Black Lemon expresses strong notes of juniper, resinous hints.
On the palate Yu Gin black Lemon is a bit smoky and spicy, but with fresh notes of yuzu and citrus. It shows complex notes of candied citrus followed by surprisingly fresh notes of flowers and fresh yuzu. By far the majority of our products are distilled directly in Austria using Austrian ingredients. However, the distillation machine we use takes the ancient principle of distillation to a new level. Not only was the processing and the raw materials used the highest quality, but the approach to the physical principle was also rethought. In the low-temperature process used, the botanicals are gently distilled at 38° degrees. The unique vacuum process allows us to distill the aromas more intensely and completely from the herbs and ingredients far below the usual 83° degrees. This gives the distillates a higher intensity and a special character that cannot be achieved with a conventional distillation process. 

Tastes herbaceous and subtly spicy, a gin that impresses with its sophisticated aroma pairing. It is an ideal base for numerous modern long drinks and cocktails - not only when garnished with a slice of cucumber. 40% vol.
