Mellow54 Dry Gin is a handcrafted gin from Franconia, produced in a Franconian distillery. Its profile is fruity and floral, yet clearly structured: nine carefully selected botanicals define its character – raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, lavender, hibiscus blossoms, juniper, coriander, and pink peppercorns. The result is a smooth, aromatic dry gin with berry notes, delicate floral accents, and a classic juniper base, which impresses both neat and in long drinks.

Mellow54 is bottled at 42% ABV in a black 500ml stoneware bottle, which underscores its premium status through its tactile qualities and is well-suited for use in bars thanks to its shape and material. Behind the bar, it offers a wide range of styles: classic in a Gin & Tonic, as a fruity and slightly bitter highball, or with a floral twist in modern cocktail interpretations. Depending on the desired effect, citrus zest, berries, or a delicate sprig of herbs make a suitable garnish.

In addition to craftsmanship and design, the concept also includes a social impact: 5% of the sales proceeds support four selected social projects. As an upcycling idea, the stoneware bottle can also be reused after the beverage is gone, for example, as a candle holder or a small flower vase for the table.
