Sevenoaks Gin ist der Gin aus Siebeneich, der im Etschtal Tal, zwischen Bozen und Meran geboren wurde.
 
Diese Gegend ist geprägt von besiedelten Bergen, von Burgen und Sagen. Eine Hommage an das Territorium, wo Villa Laviosa, seinen Sitz hat, in dem das Unternehmen aus den Kräutern und Früchten verschiedene Produkte produziert und vertreibt.
 
Dank einer doppelten Destillation von sechs verschiedene Botanicals (Wacholderbeeren, Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Walderdbeeren, Wurzeln von Engelwurz und Salbei), ist Sevenoaks Gin eine handwerkliche Leistung die mit Liebe, Sorgfalt und Hingabe, in kleinen Mengen hergestellt, gewissermaßen das perfekte Gleichgewicht zwischen all seinen Komponenten.

Malfy Gin con Aranica wird aus Schalen von Sizilianischen Blutorangen, Italienischen Wacholderbeeren und vier anderen Botanicals destilliert. Die Blutorangen sind sehr kostbar in Sizilien und werden nur im November geerntet.

Malfy Gin Originale ist ein trockener Gin mit Italienischem Twist, der aus Wacholder und fünf anderen Botanicals hergestellt wird und mit Italiens reinster Quelle für Mineralwasser vermählt wird - aus der nahe gelegenen Monviso-Bergquelle.
Wacholder, Koriander, Cassia Rinde, Angelika- Wurzel, Iriswurzel, Orangenschale, Grapefruitschale, Zitronenschale. Mit purem Quellwasser aus dem Monviso Mountain veredelt.

Malfy Gin Originale

Taste Gin 43 has a delicate herbaceous but persistent and citrusy flavor; sweetness given by the mixture of Dill, Fennel, Liquorice & Anise. A note of bitterness is given by the maceration of the Imperatoria, Gentian, Aromatic Calamo, Wormwood and the essential Juniper. A final note is from Angelica seeds and roots; to leave at the end a fresh taste from the mix between Thyme, Melissa, Sage and Mint.

Aftertaste Gin 43 releases a persistent bitter aftertaste given by the strength of the wormwood, Imperatoria and Juniper.

Smell: Notes emphasize of Juniper, a scent of violet from Iris, Light lavender and citrus, herbaceous characterized by the combination between Coriander and Angelica, ending with a fresh mint scent.

Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals used to produce it. Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon zest are left to macerate in a solution of water and alcohol for a long time; after that, double distillation takes place, clearing the liquid from possible unwanted hints and leading to an elegant distillate with a fine, clean bouquet.
