Bayab gins are distilled from locally grown sugar cane, Maceration is made from African plants: juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, coarse salt, lemon peel, baobab and orange.
It is then mixed with the purest water of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
Distilled in a copper Pot Still, in small quantities.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clear, transparent.
Nose: Citrus fruits, juniper and orange zest.
Palate: Orange, grapefruit pee.
Finish: Lively, fruity.
