Back to the roots, with a little twist...

Dry Bene Gin goes back to what gin originally was: a clear distillate with juniper in the foreground , followed by fresh citrus fruits and a light earthy note of angelica and orris root.

Pulling the copper-coloured cork out of the bottle immediately reveals this unique bouquet to the connoisseur.  And then comes the twist that makes Dry Bene Gin stand out from the crowd

classic gins: a blend of fruity sweetness, tart herbs, subtle floral notes and a touch of floral notes and a touch of exotic spice.

It is reminiscent of an early morning in a monastery garden, dew still lies on the greenery, the sun is sending out its first warming rays. You step out of the dark, cold and damp walls of the monastery and in front of you lies a garden enclosed by juniper bushes, their ethereal, oily scent heavy in the air. Fully ripe oranges, lemons and limes grow under the protection of the monastery wall, next to a still small peach tree. The ground is a carpet of iris, angelica, but also some fragrant roses and dabs of blue lavender. And in the centre of the garden is an old pear tree full of ripe, juicy fruit. A bed of herbs is dominated by fresh basil, which discreetly blends into the scent that hangs over everything.

This variety of flavours is rounded off with the spice of galangal, cardamom and nutmeg

which lingers on the palate for a long time.

And what does DRY BENE GIN taste like?

Simply the unmistakable flavour of Dry Bene Gin.

The composition of this gin is dedicated to the work of the Benedictine monks in their gardens and their distillates, their careful handling of the products of nature, their knowledge of flavours and their knowledge of the flavours, but also the healing properties of the plants and their art of clean and careful distilling.

The aim was to harmoniously combine all botanicals with one another and to create a new whole that is more than the sum of its parts:

Dry Bene Gin
