The gin for more toleranceIn addition to the composition, the high quality of the fruit and spices used is decisive for the exceptional flavour. They come exclusively from controlled organic cultivation and are only added to the copper kettle after careful testing.
The basis of this gin is an organic corn alcohol from the Alt-Prerau estate near Vienna. The estate grows the wheat itself and uses it to produce the fine base alcohol for Feel! gin in its own distillery. Macerating the exquisite ingredients in this soft grain spirit is the first step towards the exquisite flavour experience of Feel! Munich Dry Gin.
When fully matured, the typical juniper note of gin unfolds first, followed by the fruity flavours of fresh blueberries, limes and aronia berries. The spiciness of coriander that then flares up is gently absorbed by the floral essence of lavender, leaving behind an indescribable mildness. Feel! gin is distilled several times, slowly and particularly gently to achieve this gentle finish. The distillate reaches an alcohol content of 47% through the addition of pure Munich water. We then deliberately refrain from cold treatment so that the unmistakable natural flavours are preserved.
