GinAro è un Gin made in Brescia ma dal sapore EuroAsiatico e vincitore della medaglia d'argento allo Spirits Selection di Bruxelles 2020.

Nasce da un'idea di Aro che dopo aver trascorso un periodo in Asia lavorando come barman e sperimentando nuovi liquori decide di unire le due culture (quella Mediterranea con sapori morbidi e balsamici con quella Asiatica dai gusti più speziati) in una bottiglia.

Questa nuova versione di GinAro è molto più fresca ed estiva rispetto alla classica. Il concetto di base rimane sempre lo stile Euroasiatico: Salvia Rosmarino e Chinotto per la parte Europea, mentre per l'Asia troviamo Pepe di Timut e Butterfly pea flower; proprio quest'ultimo gli dona un colore azzurro che a contatto con l'acqua tonica diventa lilla...

Sevenoaks Gin ist der Gin aus Siebeneich, der im Etschtal Tal, zwischen Bozen und Meran geboren wurde.
 
Diese Gegend ist geprägt von besiedelten Bergen, von Burgen und Sagen. Eine Hommage an das Territorium, wo Villa Laviosa, seinen Sitz hat, in dem das Unternehmen aus den Kräutern und Früchten verschiedene Produkte produziert und vertreibt.
 
Dank einer doppelten Destillation von sechs verschiedene Botanicals (Wacholderbeeren, Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Walderdbeeren, Wurzeln von Engelwurz und Salbei), ist Sevenoaks Gin eine handwerkliche Leistung die mit Liebe, Sorgfalt und Hingabe, in kleinen Mengen hergestellt, gewissermaßen das perfekte Gleichgewicht zwischen all seinen Komponenten.

Malfy Gin con Aranica wird aus Schalen von Sizilianischen Blutorangen, Italienischen Wacholderbeeren und vier anderen Botanicals destilliert. Die Blutorangen sind sehr kostbar in Sizilien und werden nur im November geerntet.

Malfy Gin Originale ist ein trockener Gin mit Italienischem Twist, der aus Wacholder und fünf anderen Botanicals hergestellt wird und mit Italiens reinster Quelle für Mineralwasser vermählt wird - aus der nahe gelegenen Monviso-Bergquelle.
Wacholder, Koriander, Cassia Rinde, Angelika- Wurzel, Iriswurzel, Orangenschale, Grapefruitschale, Zitronenschale. Mit purem Quellwasser aus dem Monviso Mountain veredelt.

Malfy Gin Originale

Taste Gin 43 has a delicate herbaceous but persistent and citrusy flavor; sweetness given by the mixture of Dill, Fennel, Liquorice & Anise. A note of bitterness is given by the maceration of the Imperatoria, Gentian, Aromatic Calamo, Wormwood and the essential Juniper. A final note is from Angelica seeds and roots; to leave at the end a fresh taste from the mix between Thyme, Melissa, Sage and Mint.

Aftertaste Gin 43 releases a persistent bitter aftertaste given by the strength of the wormwood, Imperatoria and Juniper.

Smell: Notes emphasize of Juniper, a scent of violet from Iris, Light lavender and citrus, herbaceous characterized by the combination between Coriander and Angelica, ending with a fresh mint scent.

Botanicals: 43 Botanical such as: Juniper, Angelica, Lemon, Orange, Mandarin, Time, Lavender, Mint, Anise, Fennell, Mountain Pine, Melissa, Iris, Imperatoria, Savory, Clary Sage, Wormwood, Yarrow, Liquorice, Saffron, Orange Blossom, Hyssop, Marjoram.

Perfect Serve: We recommend drinking it neat with a lemon zest or combined with a Classic Indian Tonic.

Von diesen Hängen stammen die Zirbenzapfen, welch nach drei Jahren den idealen Reifegrad erreichen und im Sommer in mühsamer Handarbeit gepflückt werden. Diese Zirbenzapfen geben dem Z44 – Destilled Dry Gin seine unverwechselbare Authentizität.
 
Frische Limettennuancen, sowie eine Vielzahl von alpinen und mediterranen Kräutern und Blüten aus dem Voralpenraum ergänzen den mentholigen, frischen Zirbengeschmack und ergeben einen innovativen Destilled Dry Gin.
 
Die typischen Noten des Wacholder, werden durch die Schafgarbe, Veilchenwurzeln und Enzianwurzel ergänzt. Die Essenz der Zirbenzapfen wird in einer kleinen Brennblase destilliert und dadurch entsteht dieser einzigartige Alpine Gin.
