Diese Gegend ist geprägt von besiedelten Bergen, von Burgen und Sagen. Eine Hommage an das Territorium, wo Villa Laviosa, seinen Sitz hat, in dem das Unternehmen aus den Kräutern und Früchten verschiedene Produkte produziert und vertreibt.
 
Dank einer doppelten Destillation von sechs verschiedene Botanicals (Wacholderbeeren, Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Walderdbeeren, Wurzeln von Engelwurz und Salbei), ist Sevenoaks Gin eine handwerkliche Leistung die mit Liebe, Sorgfalt und Hingabe, in kleinen Mengen hergestellt, gewissermaßen das perfekte Gleichgewicht zwischen all seinen Komponenten.

Taste Gin 43 has a delicate herbaceous but persistent and citrusy flavor; sweetness given by the mixture of Dill, Fennel, Liquorice & Anise. A note of bitterness is given by the maceration of the Imperatoria, Gentian, Aromatic Calamo, Wormwood and the essential Juniper. A final note is from Angelica seeds and roots; to leave at the end a fresh taste from the mix between Thyme, Melissa, Sage and Mint.

Aftertaste Gin 43 releases a persistent bitter aftertaste given by the strength of the wormwood, Imperatoria and Juniper.

Smell: Notes emphasize of Juniper, a scent of violet from Iris, Light lavender and citrus, herbaceous characterized by the combination between Coriander and Angelica, ending with a fresh mint scent.

With its nine herbs all picked in the Piedmontese Alps and in the countryside near Turin, BUGIN is an ideal gin to be paired with cuts of meat: it’s the first and only one to be botanically created for that.

Juniper, Genepi, Arquebuse, Artemisia, Thyme, Achillea millefolium, Angelica, Tanacetum and Curcuma Zedoaria, all picked in Mauro’s garden in the Piedmontese countryside and Alps. They are the herbs that make the BUGIN intense on the nose, balsamic, aromatic, slightly fruity and dry on the palate. The most persistent perfume is that of thyme, which enriches the distillate with its digestive, anti-inflammatory and anti-fatigue properties.

AQVALVCE dry gin is produced in two old cupper stills 100 liters size each, and from 12 different botanicals, where Juniper, Cumin, Hop, Laurel, Caraway, Coriander are the more preeminent. It improves its flavors and aromas with the time, thanks to the right recipe which has taken two years of development and thanks to the freshness of the botanicals which are distilled after 15 days of infusion. The cold distillation of Cumin, Hop and Laurel gives and ecletic yet smooth touch enhanced by natural spring water. On the nose there’s a first feeling of piney juniper then the balsamic aromas become more evident. In the mouth its texture evolves from juniper to a crispness nicely balanced by a soft bitterness.

This gin was born from the desire of Riccardo and Gabriele to create something that contains within it the essence of travels made around the world. The 14 selected botanicals combine perfectly with each other to create a unique gin. It is an extremely balanced gin, with floral and spicy notes that are well perceived but not invasive. All balanced by balsamic botanicals such as sage, bay leaf and cardamom that emerge on the finish.

The main botanicals besides juniper are Cambodian Kampot long pepper, Hibiscus flower, Jasmin flower, Indian black tea, and green cardamom.

It is handcrafted in small batches and bottled by hand.

Leonardo Veronesi begann 2013 mit den ersten Experimenten zur Herstellung von Luz Gin. Nach jahrelangem Experimentieren mit verschiedenen Botanicals wurde ein Destillat erhalten, das gleichzeitig frisch und aromatisch ist. Bestehend aus 9 Botanicals, alle aus dem Trentino (Wacholder, Lorbeer, Olivenbaum, Asperula, Rosmarin; Salbei; Muskatellersalbei; Gewöhnliche Minze; Zitrone) separat infundieren und dann in einer diskontinuierlichen Deststille von 1000 Litern destilliert.

It is made from raw materials selected from cereals such as alcohol, juniper distillate &amp; lemon and reinforced by a further concentrated juniper distillate, enriched by the presence of other botanicals including coriander, myrtle berries infusion, orange and lemon peels infusion.
The product is featuring also aromatic fruity notes. The product contains no artificial flavors, no allergens and is gluten free.
 
Panarea Island Gin is also enhanced by a special ingredient, the juniper &amp; lemon distillate, obtained by distilling the infusion of Italian juniper berries &amp; Italian lemon peels.
