Die Heide, eine schöne und robuste Pflanze, die in den Bergen wächst und jeden Herbst die Natur färbt, ist die Inspiration für diesen norwegischen Gin. 33 Kräuter, Gewürze und Blumen werden verwendet, um den ultimativen Geschmack von wilder und reiner Natur zu kreieren, darunter Heidekraut, Hufeisen, Holunderblüten, Birkenblätter, Rosenwurz, Brunnenkresse und vieles mehr. 

Botanicals: Wacholderbeeren, Koriander, Heidelbeeren, Brunnenkresse, Heidekraut, Holunderblüten und 27 weitere Gewürze, Kräuter und Beeren.

Tasting Notes:
Geruch: Kühles Aroma, geprägt von Wacholder, Kräutern, Blumen und Zitrusfrüchten.
Geschmack: Trockener Gin mit gutem Körper und einem Hauch von Wacholder, Zitrusfrüchten, Anis und Kräutern.

Lyng Norwegian Botanical Gin

We produce only300 liters at a time – to retain total control ofquality. We use berries and herbs from the wilds of Norway – among the world's most flavorsome. 
After distilling our classic Harahorn Gin, extracts of premium raspberries and the juice of freshly squeezed lemons are added. All the juice and flavour of both berries and lemon is preserved and is an important part of the flavour. Think of these two ingredients as part of the mixer and reduce the amount of, for example, tonic by about 15 - 20% compared to a classic GT. Don’t forget to use plenty of ice!

Color: Fresh Light pink

Nose: Appealing scent of juniper, raspberries and fresh citrus, with floral undertones.

Palate: Soft touch of raspberries, followed by juniper and fresh coriander. Refreshing finish with some acidity from the berries and a hint of pepper.

Eine Gin Manufaktur aus Norwegen, alleine das ist fast eine Rarita¨t. Aus dem Land der starken Wikinger erwartet man eigentlich keinen Gin. Umso gelungener und origineller sind die Harahorn Gins. Und die robuste Verru¨cktheit der Norweger spiegelt sich auch in der absurden Figur auf der Flasche wider, die einem geho¨rten Hasen a¨hnelt. Diesem mythischen Fabelwesen ist aber bis heute kurioserweise noch keiner live begegnet.

Der Harahorn Norwegian White Lemon Gin der Det Norske Brenneri aus Oslo, richtet sich vor allem an Gin-Liebhaber. Aus diesem Hause kommen bereits ein paar preisgekro¨nte Gins. Alle produziert in kleinen Auflagen per regionaler Handarbeit.

Mit diesem speziellen New Western Gin wurde eine Sonderedition voller Wiedererkennungswert geschaffen. In der klaren Spirituose finden sich durchaus Parallelen zum in Skandinavien u¨blicheren und bekannteren „Aquavit“.

Aromatisch und geschmacklich gesehen verdient der Harahorn Norwegian White Lemon Gin volle Aufmerksamkeit. Gekonnt ha¨lt er die Balance zwischen zitrusfruchtigen Noten und herbalen Beikla¨ngen. Gru¨ner Kardamom und Minze sind hierbei vorherrschend. Als Highlight rundet der trockene Harahorn Norwegian White Lemon Gin sein Geschmackserlebnis mit bittersu¨ßer Lakritze ab.

Dieser norwegische Gin eignet sich besonders gut zum Mixen fu¨r Cocktails und Longdrinks.

HARAHORN White Lemon Gin

We at Det Norske Brenneri, i.e. the Norwegian Distillery, like to challenge ourselves. Now Harahorn Gin has had a 1-year long aging in our best Oloroso sherry casks.
The result is a premium gin with softness and elegance with a taste of juniper berry, coriander andspices. Enjoy it in a Negroni or alone in a good glass.

Taste: Soft with a full body, a fine juniper berry character and a hint of cask.

Raw materials: Norwegian potato spirits and natural spice distillates, among them juniper berry, blueberry, rhubarb and wild marjoram.

danner et kompleks bakteppe til innslaget av einebær.

Nienke Oostra er vår nederlandske sjenevergjestedestillatør, som omtaler seg selv som «a gypsy that like to steal what other people made years ago». Due to long hours of daylight and warm days and cold nights, Norway enjoys what may be, the best conditions in the world for growing herbs and berries. In fact, 18 of the 26 botanicals used in Bareksten can be found growing around the Distillery. The base product of potatoes is locally sourced as every effort is made to ensure that Norwegian-grown produce is used.&nbsp;
 
The gin is distilled in small batches which gives a very potent product with a sublime, fruity expression. Bareksten Gin is perfect with tonic water and, for sure, makes a perfect classic, Dry Martini. Bareksten Gin has a traditional base line but you will find hints of wild blueberries, lingonberries, rhubarb, elderflower, mint and an additional 20 different ingredients.
 
Nose: Pure aromas, floral and fruity with a subtle hint of juniper and citrus.&nbsp;

This gin owes its subtle dry palate to the handpicked raspberries from Kimerud farm. Between the months of July to August Master distiller Ståle Johnsen his wife Barbara, and their two daughters collect the rich, ripe berries.
 
The color in this Pink Gin is 100% natural from the raspberry.
 
This Pink Gin contains no less than 23 botanicals. A touch of sourced sugar is added to give the spirit a mild sweet balance.
 
The gin gets 100% of its pink colour from the farm grown raspberries.

Some of the specially selected herbs that make up the main flavors of this gin are.
Absinthium, Timian, Oregano, Basilikum and five mint species. Award winning master distiller Ståle H Johnsen choses 28 botanicals in total, which together gives botanisk gin a complete herbal flavor.
 
Usage: You can enjoy this gin alone in the glass, or with Tonic Water G.T and as a new approach to cocktails.
